Luxury Promise & Harvey Nichols Debut a Posh New Shopping Experience

Luxury Promise recently unveiled an exclusive partnership with the iconic department store Harvey Nichols, marking a groundbreaking moment in retail innovation. For nearly 200 years, Harvey Nichols has been synonymous with cutting-edge fashion, sourcing the most sought-after designer brands since its opening in Knightsbridge in 1831. As one of London’s most prestigious fashion purveyors, Harvey Nichols has long set the standard for luxury retail.

This exciting collaboration brings Luxury Promise’s revolutionary retail experience directly to Harvey Nichols’ flagship store in a unique and unprecedented manner. Launched on October 14th, just steps away from the Knightsbridge London Underground station, the dedicated retail space offers a fully immersive experience. For the first time, Luxury Promise introduces its unparalleled selection of pre-loved luxury to Harvey Nichols, granting shoppers access to brands traditionally not sold by the iconic department store. This groundbreaking collaboration blends the exclusivity of these coveted designer pieces with a more attainable, shoppable experience, creating a rare opportunity for luxury collectors and fashion enthusiasts alike.

Upon entering the upper Sloane Street entrance, visitors are greeted by a striking window display proudly proclaiming “Proud to be Pre-Owned.” The location is no coincidence. Luxury Promise CEO Sabrina Sadiq used to walk past this window on her daily commute, inspiring the prime positioning of Luxury Promise within Harvey Nichols.

Located near the beauty department, the Luxury Promise space is impossible to miss, featuring impressive handbag displays and mannequins styled in vintage Chanel and Dior. Shoppers are treated to a meticulously curated selection of rare and iconic pieces, including a wall of vintage Chanel and coveted Hermès Birkins, ready-to-wear items, homeware, and stunning jewelry from the 90s and early 2000s.

Among the highlights are spectacular Hermès pieces displayed in the cases, including none other than a Birkin 25 in Doblis from Kim Kardashian’s personal collection. And that’s not all – the Luxury Promise team will be continuously refreshing the stock, ensuring there’s always something new to discover with each visit.

At the heart of this collaboration is a shared commitment to sustainability, allowing these rare pieces to continue their story. This partnership is not just about luxury but about redefining the future of shopping in a way that minimizes waste while maximizing the value of iconic, well-crafted items.

Together, Luxury Promise and Harvey Nichols are setting a new standard in luxury retail, combining innovation, sustainability, and nostalgia to create an experience that bridges the past, present, and future for fashion lovers and collectors alike.

The Luxury Promise in-store experience will remain in Harvey Nichols throughout the festive season and into the new year. For luxe lovers who live locally, be sure to pop by whenever you can, as stock will be on constant rotation. For those unable to attend in person, the Luxury Promise team will showcase an array of products directly from the Harvey Nichols shop floor during live shows. These interactive sessions provide a unique opportunity to engage with the collection from the comfort of your own home, no matter where you are in the world.

Join Sabrina and the team in-store at Harvey Nichols, located at 109-125 Knightsbridge, London, SW1X 7RJ. For live show updates, be sure to tune in to Luxury Promise for all the show schedule.
