I had the distinct pleasure of meeting my long time follower and friend Maura Carlin here in NYC. She made me smile and laugh as much in person as she does behind the PurseBop.com scenes. I directly quote her recap of our time spent yesterday…
Pursebop is a very bad influence. Very very bad. And I mean that in the best way possible. At her instigation I went to my local Hermes just to look. A pair of cool black flat sandals summoned me across the store. Of course, I bought the high-heeled version in white. As if I hadn’t done enough damage, she ordered me back to the store to start the Kelly dialogue. My assignment now is to return with specifics.
We took a detour today. After checking I was properly armed and dangerous with a credit card, PurseBop escorted me to the NYC Hermes mothership. It’s a beautiful place, not just for the eye candy but the design and architecture. Not one to be distracted from the mission by decor, PurseBop made contact with mission control and a search for Commander Kelly began. Hopefully a good landing tomorrow.
