Perceived Brand Value

Purchasing a luxury handbags is no small matter. Usually starting at $1,000, there is almost no limit on how high the price tag can go. It is, therefore, important to be cognizant of the status and position the brand holds in the luxury pyramid. Brands at the top of the pyramid like Hermès and Chanel tend to fetch a better value in the resale market than others. Also, if you are going to limit yourself to just ten bags then why not aim for the best!

In a toss-up between the two, we always recommend going with the ‘Classic’ or timeless styles. Styles that have stood the test of time to achieve cult status are a better buy than a style that’s here today but perhaps gone tomorrow.
