So when you arrive at the store you get in line to receive an appt time? So the Hermes sales representative collects only your contact info at this point? Are any other questions asked of you?
I wonder how international clients handle this as many do not opt for service while traveling. Do you know if they have any other system also?

I have read all the many stories about the flagship store in Paris, the waiting in line, the appointments etc. Is this the same routine at every flagship store? I will be going to the one in Miami soon and just want to know what the protocol is.

Firstly congratulations on your score! Blue Paon is a lovely color :) I’m so glad you didn’t leave it behind.
I scored my jypsiere in the same color/hardware at FSH in January.
Secondly I am eager to learn more about this new process of appt times. Could you elaborate for me.
So you start by queuing to get an appt. time and they give you this piece of paper or they text it to you. How do you check updated appt times?
Just so eager to understand so I can share with all our readers. I am going to share your thread with our readers on IG and with a newsletter. I hope that is ok! I can wait for you to perhaps fill in specific details. I cannot thank you enough for sharing. So excited.

I don’t mind it at all – I’m sure the Hermes orange they instated was shocking at the time and now it’s a classic. I love blue, so the ribbon is pretty. It helps them stand out from other luxury brands that have dark bags like Gucci. ?????

I don’t like the new packaging at all. The dark brown of the current packaging looks luxurious and classy. This new packaging looks cheap and outdated already.

Here are a few of my favorites. While I always love classics, many of my favorite pieces tend to be more fun and colorful which reflects my personality ??. If you are my sister from another mother, please let me know ??.

According to my SA, here in the US, you are allowed two Bs or Ks per year and they typically like them to be one per season. You can possibly get around this if your husband also has a profile but needs to be a different address and credit card altogether, although I’ve heard some stores won’t allow this either. It just depends. In Europe I have heard there isn’t really a quota per say but they just decide who and when to offer things in general. Hope this helps and congrats on your first lovely B!!!
