Hello everyone I am witty_and_chic on IG, I love to travel and get a total kick out of bargain shopping and finding ingenious ways to fund and justify my designer splurges ?. I have been married nine years to a wonderful guy, we have two beautiful Rhodesian Ridgeback doggies and we love to enjoy life!!! I have followed and admired many of your IGs already and look forward to continuing to do so. ?

My Kelly never goes anywhere alone… Here she is enjoying this late Portuguese summer, sunbathing with her XL apple friend… And I’m thinking this green would be a great color for any bag! :)

I LOVE caviar! It’s seriously indestructible! I don’t worry about it at all. I’ve even used it when raining it’s still as pretty as the day that I’ve bought it.

I have both B30 and B35 and I like the size of the B30 more. It’s not very heavy, it can fit my daily essentials, and it can also be used for night.

Yes, I am so looking forward to your reveal and everything that you experienced!! Aren’t the prices just super insanely lower?! It’s really irritating bc I want to support the local economy, but it’s such a significant difference for leather and fine jewelry that a plane ticket is literally worth it. And yes, please share the customs experience for everyone. Mine is rather limited, although it was a younger woman my husband got in line last time and she really eyed him over big time with his bags. ?? and dying to hear Mr. PurseBops story, too!!! ❤️?

I almost passed out when I saw it and literally shouted for him to open the box (but no, not showing you the pic he sent because we are doing this Pursebop style… there has to be a little suspense hahaha)… anyways… when I saw it… I died… end of story…Pursebop killed me… I´m in heaven by the way, typing this post from Saint Peter´s notebook (cuz thats´s the place I went to when I saw what was inside the box)…hahaha jokes apart, I couldn´t wait to have my new beauty in my hands, or better, wrist (first clue on what it is )… my uncle took it to Rome, but I ended up only seeing him at the wedding, and he didn´t think it was a good idea to take it there (just imagine if my cousin who was getting married thought it was a gift for her and took it… it wouldn´t be a pretty scene me snatching it from her and saying “MYYYYY PRECIOUS, not yours” hahaha… so I would have to wait a little longer …my uncle FINALLY arrived yesterday, and by the time he got home I was already there waiting for him… cuz I missed him too much of course, not because I couldn´t wait any more seconds to have my baby with me hahah NOT!!! I took my beautiful box, thanked him and left running…I wanted to indulge every first seconds with it quietly and alone before opening it up, I even had the patience to take this pic (I was in a transe): My Venetian Mask sayng “look into my eyes” afterall, I was supposed to have received it in Italy

Going on, this is my first orange box ever (I have a Kelly wallet I won on a IG contest, yes I´m that lucky haha, but it didn´t come on the most beloved and wanted box in the world)… I can´t even describe the feeling of holding it, it was magical…. First, before taking the mask pic, I opened the card that came with it and my eyes filled with tears… tears of happiness, gratitude and love (I´ll show it to you later)…then I took the mask pic and slowy started unwrapping the box… My fellows Don Quixote and Sancho Panza were there with me to keep guard and make sure the box was safe :)

When I opened the box I saw this BEAUTIFUL brown velvet bag… Even Don wanted to feel it … And then Sancho told me to do the peekaboo shot ?

And noowwww, the moment we´ve all been waiting for: Miss Bride Clic Clac!!!! “Isn´t she lovely, isn´t she wonderful” playing in the background ??hehe Pursebop is so thoughtful and caring that she even picked the color white because of my marriage. Isn´t she simply the best? And I absolutely LOVE everything about my bracelet: the color, the size, the hardware, it´s all too perfect!!!!

M. I can´t ever thank you enough for your friendship and for this gift. It is the most special token I got for my wedding and I will forever love and cherish it, just as I love and cherish you. You are so important to me you can´t even imagine how much I look up to you and am inspired by you. do you travel with empty suitcases on the way to your destination?

Dear pursebop, how did get get all those lovely orange boxes and bags home? Any trouble with customs?

I will agree that in France I saw smaller daintier charms on bags, not the monsters we walk around with here in the US ? I had my little rodeo on my Lady B Vermillion during my recent Côte d’ Azur trip & received many compliments, even from Hermes SA’s, so my assumption is that charms are not as ‘in your face’ in Europe ??? (Maybe ?)

yes, and that’s ok as long as you don’t have a closet full. I have the chanel boy versailles and I adore it – using it and just looking at it.

I think there are so many fun, elegant, dainty, whatever you want really-charms you can add to a bag that allows it. Like the simple epi leather LV bags. Charms work so well on a bag like that! On the other hand, I saw the Fendi furball charm on a vintage monogram LV the other day and it was a big thumbs down in my opinion .

I love the Gucci Flora Hobo that was my first official designer bag, purchased from Saks on major sale one July. It is still my go to summer bag, and it makes me always nostalgic for Gucci although the I quickly went to Chanel and Hermes land with bags! ??
