I am very open to discoveries, a new city, a new friend or a new brand are a cause for joy for me. I am usually looking with the eye of the hunter for talent and beauty. But seeing the pictures of many bag lovers on IG i see many stick only to a few well known brands, which I absolutely respect of course. But considering all those recognized brands (Hermes,Chanel, LV etc) were the new kids of the block at some point, i wonder how many of us are open to shopping outside of the box?
In the list of newer brands that I adore are for example: Elena Ghisellini and Yazbukey (same quality both as any other premium designer brand)

Hi beautiful, loved this post.
I am very much open to new designers as long as the items have quality. I bought my Paula Cademartori when she was still very much under the radar, but I just loved the colors and the quirkiness. And on my last trip I bought a Sophie Hulme I’d been eyeing for a couple of months. All phyton for less than 1000€. That’s also one of the advantages of buying before they get all up and coming…
I also think that new designers are more daring… The established ones tend to play it safer… Don’t you think?

loved these!!! thanks for sharing The WonderlustStyle…as for me, since I can´t afford buying bags whenever I feel like it, I usually invest in the known brands… but it doesn´t mean I don´t like “less known” brands ;)

Hi thewonderluststyle I love young and emerging talents I used to produce and design the year book for Central Saint Martins when I lived in the UK and these young talents will go on to run the luxury brand houses we know and love. I really love good quality quirky pieces which you get with the newer designers and of course the luxury houses look as them as well as influence. I always believe fashion should be fun and an extension of your mood and look of the day, some days I want to look quirky and other days I would like to be classy and refined so pulling on different designers is key for me and more exciting !!! Much love Kirsti. Here’s an image of my Yazbukey clutch

Love this post my friend :)
I am totally with you on explorations of some new brands. Although Delvaux is not unknown in Europe, it was till recently here in the US.
The detail on the bag you just posted is unbelievable. Please share more pics from their collection :)

So cool! I think I am open if its within my aesthetic. After all, Delvaux has been around for literally ever, but seems like is just now getting a lot of play in the last few years. Lovely photos!
