I am a Chanel girl. But Delvaux stole my heart too! Today I tried the Brilliant but I had to leave her behind, because I’m waiting for a (preloved) Chanel patent boy in green. But now I’m having second thoughts! What would you guys do?

Hi babe! I really love this mimosa colour, but I’m not sure about the size of the brillant. Compared to the boy, it might be not bold enough. I’m in love with the green metallic boy and I think you really need a green bag. Maybe you could look for a Madame in mimosa? After a while it still has the same shape, the brillant can get a bit baggy after a while. Can’t wait to see what you’ve picked!! ??

Francine, as much as this Brillant is gorgeous, no bag beats a Boy bag in my humble opinion LOL… and the patent green one is drop dead gorgeous!!! So I´d wait for the Boy ;)

Babe, much as I’ve tried to love Chanel, I just can’t take the plunge for some reason… and you know how much I LOVE Delvaux, second only to Hermes… so for me I would definitely go for the yellow Brillant! It just brings a smile to my face!!!

Hmmmm tough choice. I like both brands. Delvaux is better quality than chanel these days it seems. But I love boys and that metallic green is gorgeous so probably would go with boy

Thanks darling! Yes it’s the metallic boy from last year. I was so sad I missed it in the boutique and never stopped thinking about it. I asked norgeshopper a reseller to find me one in small size. But than I saw this Delvaux… The shape is different, what an unique color!

hmmmm, girl this is a tough one. I think I would need to see which green it is? is it the 14S metallic green patents from last year …when all those amazing colors came out? You know my #PurseBopLuvAffairWithDelvaux all too well ❤️. I saw the East/West Brillant style in NYC last month when I brought home my rose gold mini from Barneys. At first I didn’t care for this shape but it has really grown on me. Just last week I saw a beautiful woman like yourself at RPM here in Chicago with an orange one. And I don’t see many Delvaux’s here at all, other than my own, LOL. The shape was so striking against her physique. It made an impression on me instantly. She was tall and slim like you so it looked lovely. I think you can def rock it, but the ease of a BOY is unparalleled. So I don’t know… share which BOY it is, that will help me…

Chanel!! Delvaux is like Hermes’ younger, less talented sister. Kinda like Solange and Beyoncé. Just nothing special about Delvaux
