Hi guys,
I know this might seem strange as a topic but I was wondering if I was the only one noticing a decrease of likes on pictures that we have been posting on Instagram in the past few months. My Instagram account is Queen_isabelle8 and I currently have 14.5k followers, but it seems strange enough that I get less likes on my posts compared to when I had, let’s say, 8K followers. I mean this doesn’t seem right (unless my pictures are awful of course).
Usually I would get over a 100 likes within my first 20 minutes after I posted a picture and now it takes much longer (my method of observation) and the total number is less too even though my number of followers is increasing!
Is anyone else experiencing the same issue? And does anyone know why this is happening and what we can do to increase our likes?

Yep, happening to me too, but I am also no longer as active as I once was, so probably my followers are bored and have moved on LOL!!

Hi sweetheart, I think it’s just the nature of a growing account. The ratio of likes/followers decreases as accounts become larger. Don’t worry, your account is fabulous…it’s also travel time/schools starting time of the year!

yes Queen_isabelle8 i realized that too! but i dont know why :( i am sure that your photos are pretty but i guess people dont push “like” a lot like before :)
