We already knew things were heating up at Dior due to the release of Maria Grazia Chiuri’s new Dior Palms motif. (Read: Introducing The New Dior Palms Book Tote) But now it’s official thanks to the house’s expansion of its beach collection, Dioriviera.
A host of new editions will join the summery capsule collection’s offerings, including mules, espadrilles, the coveted Dior Book Tote and DiorClub ponchos. The collection will also feature surfboards, hammocks and even the customizable Vespa 946. Playing up to the beachy theme, sailor tops will be sold, embossed with the names of popular seaside destinations.
Dior’s popular toile de jouy pattern will feature in the capsule collection in a plethora of sunny hues, in addition to the house’s signature Oblique Monogram.
Dioriviera will be on sale in boutiques and resorts across the globe as well as pop-up stores set to open between May and July across areas of Asia and the US.
What do you think of the Dioriviera collection? Will it be a staple in your suitcase this summer? Let us know.
