Hermès Parade: A Live Story of the Home Collection came to Los Angeles on March 21, 2024 after debuting in Seoul, South Korea almost a year ago. It was held at the Barker Hangar in Santa Monica, California. The Artistic Directors of the Hermès home collection who curated the displayed objects were Charlotte Macaux Perelman and Alexis Fabry, under Managing Director Anne-Sarah Panhard.
The story centered around a home that was going through a move. Dancers paraded crates filled with Hermès home collection which were revealed throughout the night amidst creative choreography and acrobatics while interacting with the audience.
A creative and interactive show that literally unboxes Hermès’ home collection consisting of furniture, textiles, tableware, and decorative objects. It reminds us that moving can be an enlightening and joyful experience.
It was engaging and interactive with the audience as the story moved around the large Barker Hangar following the unpacking of numerous home items. The grand finale had guests and performers engaged in a huge dance party.
But the real stars were the bags spotted at the event. The array of Hermès beauties did not disappoint. Enjoy the eye candy as it was plentiful.
