If you are a fan of The Housewives franchise, you expect to see designer handbags, accessories and ready to wear on each episode. Whether you watch The Housewives in all cities or merely one or two, you are either watching for the fashion, accessories, and handbags, or for the city highlights, elaborate homes, and cars – or all of the above.
On the most recent episode of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills (Season 11, Episode 5) there were more designer handbags featured in one episode than is usually seen in an entire season. Rarely though, is a particular handbag given a featured role as occurred on this episode.
Hermès Special Edition Faubourg Birkin 20 Sellier
The ladies were attending a Parisian themed luncheon at the home of housewife Sutton Stracke. Due to the pandemic, Sutton was unable to travel to Paris for the fashion shows so she brought Paris to her leased temporary home (owned by Kyle Richards and her husband) in Bel Air. The newest member of the Beverly Hills housewives, Crystal Kung Minkoff, was bringing her special edition Hermès Faubourg Birkin 20 Sellier as her plus one. Kyle Richards, a huge fan of Hermès handbags, accessories and home products, was completely distracted and smitten by the handbag while at Crystal’s home before the luncheon. There was substantial camera time given to this small but mighty Hermès handbag, which was a pleasure to watch.
There were many more Hermès and Chanel handbags featured in this episode by other housewives, not only at this luncheon but throughout the episode. Kyle Richards was holding a bright red Chanel clutch and wearing dangling Chanel earrings to the luncheon. Lisa Rinna showed up wearing the same dress as Kyle Richards and was carrying a Noir Kelly 25 Sellier in Epsom with gold hardware. Dorit Kemsley was dressed in head to toe Louis Vuitton carrying a Monogram Petite Malle black Trunk bag. And Kathy Hilton arrived holding a beautiful pink Chanel classic flap in tweed and sequins.
Other Designer Handbags Spotted in this Episode
Earlier in the episode while shopping for a new Bentley convertible, Sutton was carrying a Hermès Kelly 32 in Etain ( or could it be a K35) with gold hardware, possibly in togo leather. Housewife, Garcelle Beauvais was wearing a Hermès classic “H” belt while helping Sutton choose her new car. Kyle Richards was carrying a gold Birkin 35 with palladium hardware and wearing a Farandole silver necklace in another scene. And there were many Chanel, Hermès and Louis Vuitton handbags displayed in Dorit Kemsley’s closet in one extended scene.

Also Kathy Hilton had a Black Croc Jige at the election party at Kyle’s house. You can see it when she arrives. Definitely a good H episode!
