The other day Beyonce went live on GMA with her “diet secrets”. She professes she’s proud of her curves, but has trouble keeping weight off. Her diet plan created by Marco Borges is a 22 day vegan program. Vegetables over processed food. Carbs over protein or fat. Exercise half an hour everyday. With this regime, Beyonce shows off the results of her new body and claims she feels a whole new level of balance in her life.
Beyonce is collaborating with Marco Borges to start a home food delivery program. Some fans have heavily criticized her diet announcement for being “boring” . After seeing Queen Bey’s pictures and testimony, do you buy into this trend diet? or is this a fad you’d pass on? Post your thoughts in the comments below.

sorry, I can´t live without meat in my life, EVERY DAY hahahaha so this diet does not make me even curious…also, I quote StyledGuy “she’s a millionaire with unlimited resources”…plus, pretty sure she´s going to become even richer with the book sales and vegan food delivery thing hahahahaha

I strongly doubt the average Beyoncé fan can afford to take on a vegan diet. Chick-fil-a diet? Perhaps.
Anyway Beyoncé’s body looks great but that is no surprise.. she’s a millionaire with unlimited resources lol. She needs to get real.

If it worked for her then more power to her. I personally don’t believe in fad diets, what happens after the 22 days are over? You need something that is sustainable long term. I don’t ban any foods from my diet, I may cut some things out temporarily if I feel I need it, for example after a trip where I have been indulging a lot, but I think moderation is key.

I agree with the other fans…the announcement/diet is ehhhhhh.
nothing i haven’t heard of! all for taking care of yourself and eating more naturally, but this is definitely a business tactic for her.

I am very intrigued, especially as a vegetarian. I am very tempted to order her book as I have always wanted to attempt a dairy free cleanse. Thanks for sharing! Beyonce is probably one of my favorite celebrities. AND OH her talent and beauty…
