Hi, i’m considering purchasing a new backpack and i was wondering what people think of it? Will it be big enough for a computer and a few books? I really like the rustic feel, especially since my backpacks tend to show wear really quickly and fall apart.
i really like this one too: http://usa.roots.com/PapaAlexinVintageTribeLeather/BackpackandBags//18020091,default,pd.html?navid=xsellYMAL
but i’m afraid the buckles might get too annoying…

First for sure! Space is essential with books and computers.

Wow, I thought Roots only existed in Canada…never saw it in the US or anywhere else. Anyways, another vote for the first one…specially since you intend to transport computer and books in it.

you´ll be able to fit more in the first one. Plus, it´s more clean and yes, buckles are annoying. So another vote for the first.

First one should be roomy enough if you limit your load and change out books during the day. Second, one probably won’t cut it. I say the first. Looks like it has a little more utility and style than the second.

I like the first bag… Looks simple and neat. I honestly don’t know whether it will be enough room for laptop and books because I usually carry nothing inside my bag except wallet and cell
