What does the 💩 and a 💍 have in common?
The newly revamped Tiffany & Co Landmark boutique in New York City.
Hold on, we know what you’re thinking? Poop? We s@$t you not. We will explain later.
After four years of renovations and an acquisition by LVMH, Tiffany & Co is finally back in its original location on Fifth Avenue, made famous by the Audrey Hepburn movie “Breakfast at Tiffany’s.”
Even the 128.54-carat yellow Tiffany Diamond got its 4th makeover in time for the Landmark Tiffany grand reopening. Bernard Arnault, CEO of LVMH, wanted to renovate this store after getting lost inside. Now, shoppers are guided by an ample amount of eager employees and department floor listings by the elevators.
The store is divided into ten floors housing different collections, including fine jewelry, homewares, and even handbags. Architect Peter Marino designed each level including 40 unique pieces of artwork.
One of these is an Audrey Experience which pays homage to the movie. Stunning and eye-catching is the winding staircase, inspired by the jewelry designs of Elsa Peretti.
The 3rd floor is home to the Tiffany engagement rings. That diamond ring emoji we all use 💍 is actually based on the classic and hallmark Tiffany setting.
Tiffany’s restaurant, the Blue Box Cafe, is located on the 6th floor. It opens to the public for reservations on May 15th.
The 7th floor houses the Patek Philippe boutique, the 8th and 9th floors contain high jewelry. And, perhaps appropriately, the top level (10) is reserved for VIP client salons.
As a nice surprise, the bathroom is just as majestic as the rest of the store. Covered in lavish green marble and iridescent green tile and complete with the automatic lid lift and heated seat Toto toilet, it not only warms your heart, but also your bum. 💩 The bathroom is about the size of a New York City studio apartment.
Located at 727 Fifth Avenue in Manhattan, Tiffany Landmark is a shopping destination filled with eye candy. Will you be visiting Tiffany soon? Let us know what you think of the new store!
