Hello Boppers,
Do any of you keep a wish list of goodies you plan on purchasing? I’m guilty. This might sound crazy but I find it almost therapeutic to create a wish list lol! Not only does it help me determine which bags, clothes and shoes I *genuinely* want, but it also prevents me from missing out on limited edition pieces and stops me from making mistake-purchases. I like to add release dates and prices to my lists also. Gosh, I really hope I don’t sound nuts.
My wish lists constantly grow and change. Doesn’t help that there is a new fashion show or “special collection” almost every month. Don’t get me wrong, I’m not complaining it’s just challenging to keep up at times.
If you’re OCD like me and keep a wish list, please share it below. I would love to see what some of your future purchases look like.

Yes yes yes! I keep a long wishlist too & I update it regularly with the intention to shorten it but somehow it always gets longer ?? here’s some of my wishlist bags and shoes (not including jewelry ?). I also have a whole list of colorful B & K on my wishlist~ tell me about it.. ?? anyway none of the pics below belongs to me ? hope I will be able to show my own pics of these items on my IG soon ❤️❤️

Just adding to my earlier comment x I couldn’t add image then. it’s all warmer items I’m afraid. Here is yesterday’s wish list .. Soon a reality .. Hat and coat ordered. Chanel canvas bag and brooch I need to source. Boots jeans and top I have xxx. Kristi xx

Ah so amazing I am not the only one who does this too….. Such a great thread, StyledGuy! I also write down the list and have prices just to keep things in perspective and fresh on my mind, lol. Let’s see, when I was a little younger and first starting out a master “list” it had a few things I’ve been able to cross off already like a nice Burberry trench, a nice black Gucci wool scarf, a Ricky bag, a Kelly bag, etc. Currently my list includes –
–a Bamboo Kelly (non Togo)
–a Saint Laurent moto jacket (not lamb, but not the super stiff buffalo either, not overly studded)
–the Saint Laurent Tribute 75 sandals in nude
–a petit Malle (totally and completely your fault!!!! ? but need to get hubs on board bc he’s not in love, lol)
–camel overcoat (RL, Gucci, Saint Laurent, whichever speaks to me and fits amazing)
–Louboutin nude closed toe pumps
–those damn Adidas x Pharrell Williams Jacquard Stan Smiths in blue (finding them is murder)
There’s also some other random things I run across but in general I don’t really shop at home much -usually just on vacation! I’ve meticulously built my wardrobe the last ten years and even better the last five or so, and I really don’t have a lot of turnover. I add very few pieces a year that are nicer or every few years I have to ditch the pjs and shirts and start over, lol.

- You are so sweet and I’m glad you share my craziness about wish lists? I was worried I would be alone. Your list is great, really feeling everything on it.. especially the Kelly, Saint Laurent Moto and of course the Petite Malle(oops!)? Just explain to your husband that the PM is a work of art, piece of history and just plain awesome! That worked with mine lol. Also, I completely gave up on the Adidas x Pharell shoes. Too much hassle? I can’t wait to see your purchases in the future

I don’t really have a wish list… I would need a whole notebook, so not practical. Ahahaha
Unless I’m looking for a timeless/investment piece like a classic Chanel or a Kelly or Birkin (and increasingly less so), I usually tend to impulse buy things that are “less ordinary”, hence my love for up and coming brands.
But if I had to choose one piece to put on my wish list it would be a Petite Malle and you are the one to blame.

- Hey @styled guy I love this thread. It’s great to get to know how we think and shop. For me i have lots of images in my head of looks and moods. It’s a little fragmented, I get obsessed and love the chase and waiting game for an item I really want. This week it’s a Mr & Mrs Italy fur parka. I already have the black one but need another casual coat for casual days. I live by the beaches so it’s fairly relaxed around here, but I’m In the City a lot so can dress up as well. The parka is super expensive but gorgeous. It’s getting cold in Australia so for a couple of months only so I have to wrap up a bit. My petite Malle obsession was intense and I played safe with the monogram one. But now I want the rose ballerina and now a LV nano ! On my wish list is the Fendi magenta peekaboo medium size to go with the pink micro peekaboo that I have ordered. What I do is screen grab items on my computer with Wardrobe items i have already , keep looking at it and refining and sourcing the items until I am satisfied I am making the right choice. xx
- I’m glad you enjoyed the thread sweet! It’s crazy to think that it’s cold in Aus right now lol but at least you’ll be warm and stylish with the Mr & Mrs parka. I feel so bad for getting you, and others, obsessed with Petite Malles.. but the PM is honestly a treasure that will be loved for many many years. Plus, looks great as a decorative item too! You honestly need the rose ballerina for your collection, your monogram needs a sister! All the new pink PMs are just gorgeous but unfortunately I can’t pull pink off so had to pass hehe. I love your idea of pairing things you want with things you already have! Very wise.
