Dear PurseBop: What is the Hermès Spa and Where Are They Located In The U.S.?
Many Hermès boutiques in the U.S. have an After Care or “Spa” within their boutique. Other smaller locations have access to a boutique nearby that offer the Spa services and will ship your bag at no charge to that location. Some repairs and most jewelry with diamonds must be sent to Paris. Nevertheless, your home boutique will ship the item and will contact you when the item is returned. An email will be sent with a description of the repairs to be made and a quote for the cost. The customer has the option to accept or reject the quote. There is no obligation to proceed. If you opt to reject the quote, the item will be shipped back to your home store at no charge. Your SA will advise you when it arrives.
Dear PurseBop lists all the locations that offer the After Care/Spa facility and the services they provide. It is always best to ask your Sales Associate how to get your bag, jewelry, belt or other Hermès item repaired or altered.
Visit here to review the list of locations within the U.S. The mothership location in Paris also has an extensive After Care department located at FSH behind the fine jewelry section. No appointment is needed. Merely show up and an associate will assist with any repair instructions or questions.

Dear PurseBop: Can I Order a New Kelly Shoulder Strap if Mine Gets Damaged or is Not the Correct Length?
A removable shoulder strap on a Kelly or other Hermès bags such as the Bolide, To Go Wallets, Kelly Elan, and others, make the bags very versatile using it with the strap or without. If the strap gets damaged or is too long or too short, it is possible to order a new shoulder strap through your home store Sales Associate or in Paris in the After Care department. Dear PurseBop: When is Hermès Increasing Prices for 2025?
Hermès increases their prices at the beginning of each year. This year the increase came right after the new year of 2025 started. First, Paris prices were increased and the U.S. followed the following week.
