Can Hermès SA's Ship Quota Bags in the U.S.?

In general, Hermès does not usually permit quota bags to be shipped except with Manager approval. During the Pandemic this method was utilized because stores were closed and people were sheltered at home. Quota bags were shipped if the client could not come to the store.

From our understanding, individual Hermès boutiques make their own rules with respect to how they run their day-to-day operations. Shipping quota bags to clients is a courtesy a specific boutique may offer to their clients in unusual circumstances or VIP’s that live out of the state or in some rare cases, even country.

So, to answer your question… it is possible to have quota bags shipped but it is not common practice and requires your store manager approvals. We suspect Hermès prefers most transactions, to be made in store for many reasons.
