Dear Crickets:
Many people believe their SA has “ghosted” them when they do not respond to their text or email. In actuality, it is more likely that your SA receives so many texts and emails each day that yours may have been missed or they are just too busy to respond. Feel free to re-send your communication to your SA and give them a chance to respond. I am sure they want you to get the products you desire but the demand has been so great that sometimes there is just not enough time in a day to respond. If you do not hear back from your SA, try visiting the store or making an appointment to shop with them in person.
The SA’s have told us that they are so stressed because inventory remains so low and the demand for everything, including quota bags, has skyrocketed. They want to provide their clients with everything they want but are simply unable because they do not have the products or the bags. So be patient and aware of your SA’s stressful situation.
