Do airport Hermès purchases get reflected in your profile?
Dear Airport Hermès Shopper:
It is our understanding that all purchases made at a Hermès boutique, even at an airport, should be reflected in your profile in that country. For instance, when leaving Paris if you shop at the Hermès boutique in the Charles de Gaulle airport, your purchases should be reflected in your France profile. If you make purchases in a U.S. airport Hermès boutique, they should be reflected on your U.S. profile.
We have received reports from a few community members that their purchases at an airport Hermès boutique did not appear on their profile. It is best to check with your SA at your home store, or the location you are shopping abroad to determine if your purchases are reflected in your profile in that country.
We have heard that airport boutiques in the US do not sell quota bags, but we are unsure if this is true world wide. However, they do sell non quota bags when available, possibly with some pre-spend.
Remember, although your purchases at an airport Hermès show brand loyalty, they generally do not benefit the relationship you may be building with your SA.
