Question:
If my Hermes SA orders items for me from another store and has them shipped to me due to a lack of stock in my home boutique does that still count toward my pre spend?

This is an excellent question. If your SA orders a product from another boutique because that item is unavailable at your location, the purchase is applied to your total spend with your SA and is applied toward your purchase history as well. And your SA gets commission for that sale. So keep shopping with your SA, show loyalty to them, to the Hermès brand, and be patient. A quota bag will be on the horizon. Good luck.
