Do Items Purchased at Hermès Sales Events Count Toward My Spend Profile?

Do sale items purchased at Sale Events count towards our spend profile?

We love to hear from our community members and are constantly learning from you. New information is constantly revealed and we appreciate when our community members share their experiences with us.

Since this topic was shared on PurseBop‘s Instagram account, some new information has come to light. Interestingly items purchased at HERMÈS private sales are visible in the individuals profiles. Several community members have reported that their purchases made at the Hermès Sale are linked and visible by their SA at their home boutique.

It actually makes perfect sense. If the systems are in the process of being linked globally our purchases made at a sale event or online would logically be linked and visible as well.

Now whether these purchases will contribute to the offer of a Quota bag at one’s home store is another topic. At the very least, it conveys one’s loyalty to the brand.

Hermès retail boutiques have not historically placed items on sale in their store for sale to the public. However, several times a year, Hermès holds special sale events in various cities around the world where ready to wear, silks, shoes, and accessories are discounted 30-50%.

(Correction: See Update Above:) Items purchased at any of these sales do appear on your purchase history at your chosen Hermès boutique.

Generally, items purchased at the Hermès boutique where you have an established relationship count toward your spend profile in that store for purposes of being offered a quota bag. Any other purchases made in any other locations or online may not count toward your spend profile in your chosen Hermès boutique. However, each boutique is operated individually and under the direction of the Store Director. All purchases show brand loyalty which may be considered when offered a quota bag.
