Help! I Shopped at Hermès While On Vacation! Does that Affect My Spend Profile At My Home Store?

Question:

I made a mistake and did some shopping at a non-home store on vacation. Rookie mistake I know. But now what?!? Does this wipe out my spend history at my home store? Do I have to start over to build up my profile toward a bag offer?

Dear Ooops:

Your spend profile remains intact at your home store even if you bought other items from another store in another city. You do not have to start your spend profile over and it is not affected.

Merely be honest with your SA and tell them that while on vacation you found things you could not get at your home store. They should understand. Continue on your journey with your SA and good things will come.
