Should I Place My Initials on a Special Order Bag?

Hi PurseBop, What do you think about having initials on an SO?

This is a very personal choice. A special order bag is something you create yourself within the parameters set by Hermes that season (color, leather, size, style, hardware, etc.).

Placing your initials on the bag makes your bag even more unique and personal to you. However, if you should ever want to re-home the bag, or gift it to a friend or relative, will the fact that it has your initials on it enhance the sentimental value of the bag or detract from it?

Just something to think about.
