I will be in Venice, Italy in August 2024. Is it possible to get in the Hermes store as a walk in and/or make an appointment . How would I make an appointment if it is my first time?

It is possible to walk into any Hermes boutique without an appointment. Since it is the summer and there may be many tourists you may have to wait if it is busy.
To avoid waiting, you may book an appointment by going online to the location of the store you are visiting and request an appointment. This is usually the best option so you will be guaranteed a SA who will be devoted to your hour of shopping time and can help you in all departments.
Alternatively, you may wait until you arrive in Venice and visit the store in person to shop directly or to make an appointment for another day that fits into your schedule. Either way, all boutiques welcome tourists to shop in their store.
If you are hoping to acquire a leather bag or even a quota bag, our suggestion is to complete your shopping of non-leather bags and then inquire about any leather bags being available for sale. The SA’s usually appreciate someone who wants to seriously shop for other items and not just acquire a leather bag during their visit.
