How Do I Tell My Chanel SA I No Longer Want The Bag I Requested?

Help please. I’m afraid of contacting my Chanel SA because now I don’t want the bag that I requested. What should I do?

You should not be afraid to contact your Chanel SA that you do not want the bag requested. Chanel bags are in such high demand that your SA can most likely sell the bag in a few days. SA’s understand that circumstances change and desires change.

It is worse to have your SA hold a bag you have no intention of buying. It is always better to be honest with them that you changed your mind or are unable to make the purchase at this time. They will understand.

Do not be afraid to contact your SA for any reason. It happens all the time. Respect your SA’s time and hard work by letting them know as soon as possible so they can sell the bag to another client.
