Hi! I just got the email on a Thursday from the Hermes at Bond Street london that my wishlist was fulfilled and they would hold it for 5 days. I responded asking which day exactly they would hold it for, and that I would come in on the Monday. It’s been a day and no response. Should I be worried?

When you are informed by the London Hermès store that your wishlist item has arrived, they will hold the bag in store for 5 full days allowing you time to arrive. Despite not having received an immediate response to your email, you should plan to arrive at the store on Monday, which is clearly within the 5 day hold period, to look at and retrieve your bag.
Please report back on the success of the retrieval of your wishlist bag and if the bag met all of the specifications in your wishlist.
