Question: I have a pretty good purchase history I think. I bought a Kelly 28, Pico 18, PIco 22, Lindy, Toolbox, Constance 24, and Constance 18. I have bought shoes, silks, shawls, small leather goods. My question is I moved from Charlotte to Dallas before the Charlotte boutique closed. I am not sure how to proceed in finding a new SA in Dallas?

Showing loyalty to the Hermes brand by building a relationship with one SA at one store is the formula Hermes clients adhere to in order to have their wishlist fulfilled. Buying online or at other boutiques in the U.S. or abroad do not benefit your SA, do not increase your spend profile at your home store, and therefore, do not further your goal of being offered a quota bag.
In your new city, my suggestion is to call or go into the store and speak with a manager. Explain your situation and where you moved from and have them pull up your spend profile from your home store and online. Ask the manager the best way to proceed at this new store and whether she can recommend a SA to work with.
Meet the SA, build a relationship, and book appointments with only that SA at this store. Remember online purchases or purchases in other cities or in Paris or other countries do not increase your spend profile at your home store, and do not increase your chances of being offered a quota bag at your home store.
