Losing a SA can feel like the end of the world but don’t worry your previous spending remains on your profile and you will not lose it. When you connect with a new SA you should consult them about your profile and where you stand and how best to interact with your new SA.
Here are some tips for finding a new SA in your home store.
-Are there any other SA’s in your boutique that you have met or sometimes chat with who you could ask to work with?
-Or you could browse the store and see if there is a SA you think you would connect with.
-Ask if there is a manager who could help you find a new SA. It is possible that your former SA’s clients are being referred to a particular SA and you would have the option to work with them or choose a different SA.
It is best to stay with the boutique you have been shopping with and start to build a relationship with a new SA. If you were expecting a quota bag ask how changing to a new SA would affect when you might be offered your next bag. Just be patient and soon you will have a new SA to continue your Hermès journey.
