The SA I work with is super nice; but the wait via text for their response many times is too long. I don’t know if I should send the text again or wait. Not sure what is the correct way to go about it.
Dear Waiting for Text:
The SA’s have been so busy helping clients in store that often they do not have time to respond to all the texts they receive in one day. It is acceptable to re-send your text again if your SA has not responded after two days. Be aware, however, that your SA may be off that day, or be on vacation, or the store may be closed that day. There are many scenarios. If you have not received a response within a few days or a week, it should be acceptable to try texting them again.
Another option is to stop into your home store, find your SA and ask them if they received your text. There is likely a logical explanation for why they have not responded.
