What Happens When My Hermes SA becomes a Manager and I Have to Switch SA's?

My SA recently got promoted to manager & she just told me that she will not be selling anymore and she has to give me to another SA. What happens to my previous purchase history? Do I have to start all over again? :( I was sooo sad when she told me although I was so happy for her. Just a bummer :(

It is always hard to lose an SA with whom you connect either through promotion or leaving the company. The good news is your purchase history and status as a customer remains intact with your new SA. If you were expecting a quota offer in the near future, that should not change with your new SA. Just make sure to have open communication and don’t be shy to ask about your status since you built such a strong relationship with your former SA.

Your former SA can introduce you to a new SA they believe you will enjoy shopping with because they know your personality and style. If you know another SA in the boutique you could explore a relationship with them.
