To our knowledge, all items purchased at the Hermès boutique are applied to your pre-spend Profile in that boutique except the purchase of quota bags. Even purchases made at other Hermès boutiques and online at Hermès.com appear on your overall purchase profile.

It is advisable to visit your local Hermès boutique on a regular basis. Stay relevant to your SA. Express sincere interest and ONLY buy what you love. Might help if you consider Hermes gifts for relatives, friends or co – workers. After all, nothing says elegance like an Hermes gift. Your pre-spend purchase history will reflect all of these purchases.

Provide your SA with a wishlist so they know what type of bag, size, color, leather, and hardware to find for you. When the time is right, your SA will offer you a quota bag that is similar or exactly like the one placed on your wishlist.
