What Shall I Expect and What Should I Wear to My First Special Event at Hermès?

I have been invited to an Hermès private presentation of the Women’s Fall-Winter Collection this month!!! It will be my first time attending such an event and I’m wondering what I should expect and WHAT I SHOULD WEAR? Any guidance and/or suggestions are welcome. Thank you.

Dear First Time at Hermès Event:

Being invited to an event at Hermès is very exciting. Hermès events are always well appointed with many exciting things to see and experience. Be sure to give yourself plenty of time to experience everything offered at the event by arriving early and staying as long as possible. There are always many aspects to their events and a variety of things to see and experience.

It is always fun to dress up for a Hermès event but it is not necessary. You should wear whatever makes you feel most comfortable and confident. Outfits generally range from very casual to stylish to dressy. There is no right or wrong thing to wear. However, if you own any Hermès ready to wear, belts, shoes, and of course handbag, be sure to wear them. Everyone, including the SA’s, love to see how their clients style the items they buy in store. It is an excellent opportunity to showcase your individual style.
