What’s old is new again as Louis Vuitton continues to reimagine its iconic Speedy bag. In the summer of 2024, the Speedy Soft made its debut, bringing a modern upgrade to the timeless design. This season the Speedy Soft returns to the spotlight, showcasing yet another fresh take.

Akin to Pharrell Williams’ coveted Speedy P9 Bandoulière, the Speedy Soft 30 was restyled in soft and supple Monogram Empreinte leather, offering a luxurious upgrade.

The New Speedy Soft 30: Where Classic Meets Contemporary

Now, the Speedy Soft lineup continues to evolve with three distinctive new additions, each offering a fresh take on the iconic design. This latest collection revisits the timeless Monogram canvas in an ultra-soft rendition while embracing current trends with a range of removable handbag charms that add a playful and personalized touch to each bag.

Each Speedy Soft 30 also features signature Louis Vuitton details, including a padlock, luggage tag, and clochette. Further elevating the design, the bags boast a double zip fastening and the new Toron handles. Available exclusively in the size 30, the Speedy Soft measures 30 x 21 x 17 cm (11.8 x 8.3 x 6.7 inches) and comes in the Bandoulière construction – complete with an adjustable and removable shoulder strap for versatile styling.

Speedy Soft 30 Boho

The Speedy Soft 30 Boho stands out as the most luxurious in the new lineup. The design forgoes the traditional Vachetta leather in favor of ultra-luxe ostrich leather trims, adding a texture contrast to the Monogram canvas. Adorned with a colorful pearl chain bag charm, this luxe Speedy is the standout of the collection.

Retailing for €4,100 (£3,750/$4,750), the Speedy Soft 30 Boho Bag is the most expensive within the lineup.

Speedy Soft 30 Dark

For a darker aesthetic, there’s the Speedy Soft 30 Dark. This edition features black leather trim. In addition to the signature luggage tag and clochette, the bag also features a black leather tassel. Adding the final touch, is bright silver-tone hardware, including a gothic-inspired chain detail.

This edgy edition is priced at €2,800 (£2,560/$3,250).

The Row – Margaux EW Clutch

Last, but certainly not least, is the Speedy Soft 30 Crafty. Paying homage to Louis Vuitton’s rich travel heritage, this playful iteration features a boarding pass design (appropriately heading to Paris) and a trunk-inspired charm. Finally, the clochette is reimagined in a striking red shade to add a final pop of color.

The Speedy Soft Crafty edition retails for €2,800 (£2,560/$3,250).
